No, but we do provide an installation guide to help your installer with the process. This is to make sure that you get the best finish as possible.

We offer a 14-day returns policy for BioCarbon Worktops. We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs) for any returned standard worktop. 

Returned worktops must come back to us in their original packaging and without damage. 

Unfortunately, any worktop with custom fabrication cannot be returned.

We will arrange to either collect and refund your worktops or collect and replace them.

The easiest way for you to view our BioCarbon Worktops in person is by ordering some free samples here.

You can also order larger samples, for a small fee, to get a better feel for BioCarbon Worktops. However if you go on to place an order with us, we will reimburse you for the sample fee.

You can expect your standard BioCarbon Worktops to be delivered within 3-5 working days, while a custom-fabricated worktop will take 7-10 working days.
